Grand Slam Club Members enjoy the following wines in the Fall 2025 club release.
Estate Grown in Sonoma Valley, Zut Alors (French for “Aha!”), is aromatic with honeysuckle, jasmine and orange blossom. Its succulent palate offers bright flavors of fresh cut apple and pear with a vibrant citrus and mineral finish.
Ritchie Vineyard has some of the oldest Chardonnay vines in California. The vines are over 50 years old, which nurtures a Chardonnay that lingers on the palate and finishes with crisp acidity. Ritchie Vineyard’s old, gnarly trunked vines produce small clusters with distinct “hen and chick” berry sizes. These small clusters produce vibrant flavors of ripe peach and pear. The wine is textured and fresh with endless pairing options.

“The 2024 Laurel Glen Rosé was made with red Bordeaux grapes that were whole cluster pressed just like a white wine, and then the juice was stainless steel fermented without the skins or seeds. Beautiful pale pink color in the glass. A refreshing sea-breeze aroma and the delicate scent of white cherry, melon rind, and exotic fruits. The palate is light and ethereal in feel, with bright acidity that refreshes the palate and perfectly complements the flavors of fresh cut strawberries and tangy grapefruit.” Randall Watkins – Winemaker
One of three esteemed Heritage vineyards, Gap’s Crown is located in the rugged terrain of the Petaluma Gap and Sonoma Coast AVAs. Known for its high winds and blanket of fog from the Pacific Ocean and San Pablo Bay, the cool climate gives the fruit thicker skins, allowing for richer colors, complexity in flavors, and consistency from vintage to vintage. In this 2022 pinot noir, the terroir truly comes alive, imparting earth-driven notes enriched by blueberry tart and hints of vanilla custard.

A harmonious combo of dry farmed vineyards planted in 1927, 1943 & 1951. 92% Zinfandel, 5% Petite Sirah, 3% Carignane. Fermented in open top fermenters for 10 days. Aged 11 months in 100% French oak 25%, new. Complex Zinberry, i.e. boysenberry, strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, and cherry. As tasty as the grapes on the vine. Excellent subtle French oak layered underneath the Zinberries. Bonus notes: Elegantly brooding core below the sleek and svelte flavors of raspberry, briar patch and white pepper that glide on the polished finish. Drink now through 2033. (T. Fish, 2025)
The 2020 Rockaway has wonderful, concentrated flavors of dark plum and red currant with notes of tobacco and cedar. The earthy minerality of the wine is balanced out by notes of baking spices with a rich, complex structure and a long, lingering finish. Enjoy this wine now or cellar it for enjoyment in 8 to 10 years.
