Home Run Club Members enjoy the following wines in the Holiday 2025 club release.
Our J Cuvée 20 Brut opens with nuanced aromas of toasted almond, followed by notes of Braeburn apple, dried cranberry and ginger snap. A delicate dance of bubbles leads to a soft palate with flavors of lemon meringue pie, as the wine’s creaminess is whisked away by a lively finish.
This limited-production Chardonnay showcases the bright, coastal character of the Sonoma Coast AVA. Aromas of apple blossom, lime zest, and crushed stone lead to a lively palate of Bartlett pear, honeysuckle, and lemon meringue. Fermented in concrete eggs and aged in French oak barrels, it’s vibrant and elegant, with refreshing acidity that invites you to savor every sip.
The 2024 Biancolella displays a pale straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, suggesting its freshness and youth. On the nose, this wine offers a vibrant bouquet of aromas. You’ll notice floral notes like jasmine and white blossoms, accompanied by fresh citrus scents of lemon and lime. Subtle hints of green apple and pear add to the complexity, with a faint trace of Mediterranean herbs. The palate is lively and refreshing, with a crisp acidity that perfectly balances the fruit flavors. You’ll taste the citrus notes upfront, followed by a blend of stone fruits like peach and apricot. There is a slight minerality, typical of the Biancolella grape, adding depth and structure to the wine. The mouthfeel is smooth and medium-bodied, with a clean and refreshing finish.
The 2022 West Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir reflects the year’s beautiful
growing season and the perfect September weather that brought the fruit to perfect ripeness. The gorgeous nose is a combination of rich berry fruit, elegant floral notes and old school Pinot spice. Balanced acidity and round tannins frame the palate, which is medium-bodied and full of earthy, fruity and savory flavors. This should be at its best from late 2024 through 2035.
Aromas and flavors showcase subtle complexities of brandied balsamic, black cherries, plum, almonds, dried green chili, and a hint of olives and bacon fat. Framed by dusty tannins that carry the bold fruit all the way to the finish, this wine paired with any savory winter stew is a match made in heaven!
Rich and complex, this Cabernet Sauvignon has depth and finesse. Notes of dark cherry on the nose and palate merge with black current and wild blackberry which provide a complement to the savory hints of graphite, olive and cocoa nib. The tannins are well integrated and extend to a lengthy, smooth finish in this luxurious wine.
